SMS Messaging Terms

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Program description

Junebot is a daily school digest service for parents; the daily summary itself is delivered by email. Junebot also offers an optional SMS program: parents may enable short daily assignment-reminder texts sent to their own child's phone, listing that child's upcoming assignments and to-dos.

How you opt in

SMS messages are sent only after you explicitly opt in. Inside your Junebot account, on the Settings page, you add a mobile number for a student under Student Profiles. No text messages are ever sent unless you provide a number. We do not add anyone to SMS without their direct, affirmative consent.

Message frequency

Message frequency is recurring — typically up to one reminder message per day per enrolled student, on days when that child has school activity.

Cost

Junebot does not charge for SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out and help

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOPto any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages, unless you opt in again. You can also remove a student's phone number at any time on your Junebot Settings page.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or email support@junebot.com.

Privacy

The mobile number you provide is used solely to deliver the messages described above. It is never sold, and it is never shared with third parties for marketing. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
